Valuing Our Time:
Our team dedicates significant time and effort in preparing for each Zoom meeting to ensure that you have the best possible experience. As such, we ask for your respect and understanding regarding our cancellation policy. This policy is in place to help us maintain a standard of service and respect for the time we have committed to helping you succeed.
Cancellation Notice:
Cancellations must be made no less than 4 hours before the scheduled session time. This allows us to reallocate our resources efficiently and offer the opportunity for another person to schedule a session.
We understand that schedules can change and unforeseen circumstances can occur. However, in order to maintain a high level of service and ensure that our meetings are prepared with the attention to detail that our participants deserve, we have implemented this cancellation policy:
How to Cancel:
If you need to cancel your Zoom meeting, please follow these steps:
~ There is a link attached to your confirmation email with the subject line "Meeting Cancellation."
~ Include your name, the scheduled meeting time, and the reason for cancellation in the body of the email. Click Send E-mail.
~ Ensure the cancellation email is sent at least 4 hours prior to your scheduled meeting time.
~The most effective and accurate way to cancel your session is by following the link provided in your confirmation email.
Terms & Conditions
Acceptance of Terms.
The event ICI provides to you is subject to the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). The Event will be digital-only and will not include any in-person activities. By registering for, attending, or otherwise participating in the Event, you accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions. You must accept these Terms and Conditions to complete your registration to attend and participate. Your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions is binding, perpetual, and irrevocable. Failure to follow these Terms and Conditions will result in denial of attendance, cancellation of your registration and removal from the Event without any refund or compensation in addition to any other rights, claims, or remedies ICI may have.
ICI reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to you. The most current version of these Terms and Conditions can be reviewed by clicking on the "Terms and Conditions" link located on the summary page of your completed registration. ICI may also require you to agree to additional terms or complete other releases, forms or documents prior to or during the Event.
You acknowledge and agree that ICI has the right to refuse admittance, deny, limit or cancel registration, revoke access privileges, or remove any person from the Event at any time in its sole discretion. ICI is not responsible for any damages, whether direct or indirect, refunds or other compensation related to these actions. You hereby waive any and all related rights, claims, or remedies.

We encourage everyone to assist in creating a welcoming and safe environment. Please report any concerns, harassing behavior, suspicious or disruptive activity, or violations of the Digital Code of Conduct to
Registration Requirements.
In order to participate in the Event, all required registration information must be accurate and received by ICI.Goat by the applicable deadline(s) published on the Event registration webpage.
Limited Registration and Attendance.
Only the person or entity registered for the Event may attend and participate in the Event. No transfers or substitutions allowed. You may not share your registration, Event identification, access privileges, login credentials or any other ability to attend the Event with anyone else.
Age Requirements.
Attendees must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of registration for the Event.
By registering for the Event, you hereby certify that you are over 18 years of age and are under no legal or contractual disability that would interfere or prohibit you from agreeing to and being bound by these Terms and Conditions and the rights and releases granted herein.
How We Use Your Personal Data
By registering for or attending the Event, you accept and agree that the collection and use of your personal information is subject to any state or federal laws.
ICI does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
By registering for the Event, you give ICI permission to contact you regarding your attendance at the Event. We will only use your contact information to send you relevant Event-related information.
You may edit and/or delete your contact information at the Event registration site managed by ICI's Event registration vendor. (Note that if you choose to delete your personal data, your registration will be cancelled.)
ICI may also ask you if we can send you promotional communications or if you want to share your personal information with an Event partner. You can view and update your promotional contact preferences here
ICI may ask you to provide additional information about yourself – such as your industry and title – to better understand what kinds of professionals are attending the Event and interested in certain types of sessions. We may also ask you if we may use that information to inform you about Event-related opportunities you may be interested in, such as attendee networking events. If you choose not to participate in the offered opportunities, your information will not be used for those purposes.
Photography & Recordings
Please be advised that photographs, video, and recordings will be taken throughout the Event, including during Event sessions, for future use by ICI as described in these Terms and Conditions. By attending the Event, you irrevocably consent to ICI photographing and recording you without obtaining further consent or permission from you.
Photography, video, or recording of the Event, session content or presentations in any format without ICI’s written permission is prohibited.
Personal Consent, Release, and License
By attending ICI Events, you consent to ICI (or its authorized event vendors helping to produce the Event) to collect your name, username, image, voice, signature, likeness and/or other personal indicia in photographs and recordings of the Event and Event sessions. These recordings may be electronic recording, film, videotape, audio tape, or any form of digital capture (the "Recordings").
You hereby consent and grant to ICI and its authorized representatives an unrestricted, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license, with rights to assign and sublicense, to use your name, image, likeness, signature, voice, or other personal indicia without compensation of any kind to you for ICI’s purposes, including the following: (i) for any Event-related purposes; (ii) in the Recordings (and for any manner or purpose for which those Recordings may be used); (iii) on ICI’s website and other media channels; and (iv) for any marketing, advertising, or other promotional materials or purpose.
You hereby release ICI from and against any and all liability or claims that you have or may in the future have for rights of publicity, invasion of privacy, defamation, libel or slander and/or any other tort or cause of action arising out of or related to the Event, use of the Recordings, and any use of your name, image, likeness, signature, voice, or other personal indicia.
Intellectual Property
Materials distributed by ICI during the Event are the intellectual property of ICI Corporation or its partners, where relevant. These materials are provided exclusively for non-commercial or personal use in the context of the Event, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. Any usage beyond this scope is strictly forbidden.
You are prohibited from using or violating any intellectual property rights of ICI, including trademarks, logos, copyrights, trade secrets, etc., without the direct written consent of ICI.
You agree not to engage in any activities that would infringe upon the intellectual property rights of attendees, speakers, partners, sponsors, or any other individuals or organizations involved in the Event. This includes all forms of communication and engagement, such as chat functions and other interactive mediums.
No individual attending the Event, whether they are registrants, attendees, delegates, or unauthorized third parties, is allowed to record any part of the conference sessions at [#EventName#] in any form.
You acknowledge that any recordings made during the Event will be the copyright property of ICI, and it's at ICI's discretion to decide whether to use such recordings.
You declare that to your best knowledge, your participation and statements in any recordings will not infringe upon the rights of other parties or companies.
By agreeing to these terms, you release ICI from all potential claims or legal actions that you might have in the future related to defamation, privacy invasion, copyright or trademark infringement, and unfair competition arising from the use of the recordings. Furthermore, you agree not to pursue any legal action based on these claims, and you relinquish any right to seek equitable relief regarding these matters.
Compliance with Laws.
You will comply with all applicable laws of the United States, your home country, and the country from which you are attending the Event, including but not limited to international sanctions, export/import control laws, and government ethics and gift laws. You represent that registering for and participating in the Event does not violate any applicable or the internal policies of, and laws governing, your employer.
Assumption of Risk.
You are responsible for your actions during the Event and your attendance is entirely voluntary. You assume all risks relating to your participation in the Event.
Force majeure.
In the event that ICI is prevented from carrying out its obligations as a result of any cause beyond its control, such as but not limited to an act of God, war, natural disaster, a public health epidemic and/or pandemic, acts or threats of terrorism, civil disturbance, action by governmental entity, strikes, lock-outs, curtailments of transportation services or facilities, the failure of any third party to deliver goods or services for the Event, or any other situation that makes it impossible, illegal, or commercially unfeasible for ICI to hold the Event, ICI reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Event, and shall be relieved of its obligations and liabilities in connection therewith.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE SET FORTH IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT AND ALL SERVICES, INFORMATION, AND MATERIALS PROVIDED IN CONNECTION WITH THE EVENT ARE PROVIDED BY ICI AND/OR ITS RESPECTIVE SUPPLIERS "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND, AND ICI AND/OR ITS RESPECTIVE SUPPLIERS HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ICI AND/OR ITS RESPECTIVE SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY LOSS OR DAMAGE, OR FOR ANY OTHER LOSS, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR THAT RELATE TO THIS AGREMENT, PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT OR THE SERVICES, INFORMATION OR MATERIALS PROVIDED IN CONNECTION WITH THE EVENT. THIS EXCLUSION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY FOR THE CLAIM AND EVEN IF THE PARTY IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Refund Policy
Introduction
Our commitment is to your satisfaction with our services. We understand that sometimes plans change or events occur beyond your control. In these instances, we have a straightforward refund policy to address your needs.
Requesting Refunds
Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a request for a refund within 60 days of the original charge to your account.
Session Cancellation: For a refund request to be considered, the session must be canceled no less than 4 hours before the scheduled start time of the session.

Processing Refunds
